Construction has rapidly progressed on the Sherwood Christian Academy campus. The lower campus is moving to the upper campus location before the start of the 2016-2017 school year. Many updates and new classrooms have been added to the school campus. Watch the video to see the progress made.

In January 2012, Sherwood began the Meet the Need campaign. We are continuing our vision of ministering to those in our community, nation and world in 2015. Please join us at Sherwood Baptist Church for our Meet the Need Vision 2020 Sunday on January 25.
Sherwood Christian Academy elementary students visited the Upper Campus on August 19 to sign a steel beam that will soon be a part of the construction of the new elementary building. One of the Meet the Need initiatives is to improve SCA facilities and combine the lower and upper campuses. The project is slated to be completed by fall 2015. The outdoor playground is almost complete and landscapers are adding the finishing touches to the grounds! Just a few more weeks until we are moving into the new buildings! Check out the progress made below.
A groundbreaking ceremony was help at Sherwood Christian School's upper campus on July 30, 2014. SCA headmaster Brian Dougherty and former headmaster Glen Schultz, school administrators, Sherwood Baptist Church senior pastor Michael Catt, deacon chairman president Chad Evans, and representatives from the architectural firm and construction company "tossed" dirt with golden shovels during the groundbreaking ceremony.
